Skills/US Stocks/Price history

Price history

~2 credits / query (up to 10000)

Pull open, high, low, close, and volume (OHLCV) bars for one or more US-listed stocks, at daily or hourly resolution, over any date range you choose. Pass one ticker or a comma-separated list and get back one bar per symbol per period, with readable timestamps and decimal prices.

Use when

You want actual past open, high, low, close, and volume for US stocks to chart, analyze, or compute returns.

Not for

A live or current quote, sub-hourly or trade-level detail, fundamentals, dividends, or non-US tickers.

Cost

~2 credits / query (up to 10000)

A short range for a few tickers is the usual case; wide date ranges, many tickers, or hourly bars return far more data and cost more.

Estimated; the actual charge depends on your input and is shown in the response.

What it accepts

Set these inside the intent when you run it.

symbolsrequired

One or more US stock tickers as a comma-separated string.

startrequired

First date to include, ISO 8601.

endoptional

End of the range, exclusive (the last bar is the period before this date). Defaults forward from start.

schemaoptional

Bar resolution. ohlcv-1d for daily bars (default), ohlcv-1h for hourly bars.

limitoptional

Maximum total bars to return across all symbols. Default 1000, max 50000.

What you get back

An array of OHLCV price bars, each with symbol, UTC bar time, open, high, low, close, and volume.

Run it

Run this sub-skill directly: pin it with operation and pass its inputs in the intent. (Omit operation and the US Stocks skill will route from your intent instead.)
